Service Agreement

When a client schedules a photography or media service, they agree to provide accurate property information and ensure the property is ready for the scheduled shoot. The quality of final media can depend heavily on property preparation, lighting conditions, and access provided at the time of the shoot.

Our team will make every reasonable effort to capture the property in the best possible way using professional equipment and editing techniques.

Payment Terms

Pricing for services will be clearly displayed during the booking process or provided in a quote. Payment may be required at the time of booking or upon delivery depending on the service package.

Failure to complete payment may result in delayed delivery or cancellation of services.

Media Usage Rights

Clients are granted a license to use the delivered media for marketing the property associated with the project. Usage may include MLS listings, real estate websites, brochures, and social media promotion.

Media may not be sold or transferred to other agents or used for unrelated marketing without permission.

Liability

CLT Photo Video will not be responsible for circumstances beyond our control that may affect a scheduled shoot, including severe weather, property access issues, or safety concerns.

In such cases we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the appointment.
